Survey Your Senior Clients!

surveyHave you taken time to survey your senior clients about their perceptionof you and your business?  What are its strengths and weaknesses? An easy method is to give your senior clients a brief quesionarie asking them to respond to the quality of your service. 

Here are some things to include in your survey:

  • Convenience
  • Responsiveness
  • Courtesy
  • Competence
  • Credibility
  • Knowledge
  • Promptness
  • Reliability
  • Understanding
  • Appeal -Presentation
  • Likeability
  • Communication

Rate your survey based as following example:

COMMUNICATION
Excellent        Good         Fair       Poor
         1                   2                 3            4

Once you get the results, then seek to change those things and seek to be different.  Take the good stuff and make it better.

Another great idea to create synergies for improving lead nuruturing and letting your senior client know you apprecate them.

Remember, keep moving forward to stay ahead in REVERSE.
